  22.            and disables any BEG Screens!  Enter all zero's
  23.            if NOT registered.
  24. Line 5:    3   (Integer Number from 0 to 9999)  0 means Kill OLD newsletter.
  25.            Line 5 is an option to KEEP Old Newsletters when creating
  26.            new ones. If you had number 4 on line 5, Catnews! would
  27.            keep the Last 4 Newsletters (providing you didnt delete it)
  28.            every time you create a new newsletter.  (v4.6 change)
